My research explores the diversity of brain cell types, focusing on epigenetic differences between the hundreds of neurons and glial cells in the mammalian brain. Our lab uses methods from data science, machine learning and computational biology to harness the power of large-scale neuro-genomics datasets. As part of CSS, I teach a course on the foundations of data analysis and modeling.
